Owner Furnished Items:

Owner will complete all interior painting
Owner will furnish 4- RTU’s. Contractor to provide all duct work, controls, wiring, etc., in order to provide a complete and operational system.
Owner will furnish steel building (Whirl Wind) and insulation (Roof = R/32 Sag’n Bag (R13 & R19) and Proliner application using WMP-50 facing installed over the interior girts. 8” or 9.5” unfaced insulation between the girts with thermal break foam tape.
Canopy Anchors will be installed by Contractor. Owner (Family Dollar) will install their own canopy).
